Many climbers, older athletes and weekend warriors are often frustrated with traditional healthcare solutions.  Most want to return to full fitness but traditional healthcare often impose age related or arbitrary limitations upon their recovery.  Often the healthcare professional has developed inaccurate clinical beliefs about what is possible with targeted rehabilitation and reconditioning.  
 
So unfortunately, most patients don't get back to full participation in the sports or hobbies that they love and shape their lives.  If they do its often a quick fix and not a long term solution because the focus is incorrectly on the injured part and not the whole person.
